One of the many delights of enjoying your stay in Phuket should be dining out . There are many fine restaurants in Phuket and I have listed below only those that I have personally visited frequently and can thoroughly recommend. No restaurant can just buy it's way on to this list !!!
Thai Dining
Thai cuisine is delicious, combining as it does the best of Chinese and Indian culinary traditions (it's not called Indo-China for nothing) with local recipes and ingredients in a way that is uniquely Thai. Dishes include myriad takes on noodles, curries, sweet and sour soups and exotic spices. Thai food can be found in all sorts of environments from street vendors to restaurants ranging from sidewalk cafes to upmarket eateries in exquisite surroundings with Thai dancers and dinner shows. Western cuisine from steaks to pasta and pizzas is also common throughout Phuket and some of the country's best cuisine is a fusion of east and west. There's something to meet everyone's taste and to match any budget. Regardless, all food is served with the traditional Thai hospitality and graciousness
