See the Big Buddha - on top of the mountain just behind our villas , there is a magnificent project to build the biggest Buddha in Thailand.
 
The project has been underway for over twenty years, and may well take another ten years to complete. Definitely worth a visit, and for a small donation of about 300 Baht, you can add your name for posterity to one of the marble tiles that covers the BIG BUDDHA.
